    If you’re looking to book a free consultation where you can meet your artist and discuss your tattoo in person feel free to send us an e-mial at theblackbooktattoo@gmail.com and we can schedule a consultation as soon as possible.

  • No. Tattoos only.

  • Our artists handle pricing, the cost of a tattoo depends on many factors including size, placement on the body, detail, ect.

  • For the smallest and simplest tattoos our shop minimum is 100$

  • We usually operate by appointment only to make sure we can dedicate sufficient time to each client and their tattoo, however, feel free to call the shop at 631-993-5221. If any of our artists happen to have the time, we will be happy to take you.

  • Deposits are accepted via online transaction (venmo, paypal, ect) but day of the appointment the remainder of the tattoo cost is cash only.

  • 18 years old no exceptions.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please send us an email at theblackbooktattoo@gmail.com or contact your artist as soon as possible. The sooner you contact us before the appointment date the more likely it will be that you can reschedule without losing your deposit. Deposits are Non-Refundable.

  • We ask you please avoid drinking excessive alcohol and get a good night’s sleep before the appointment day. Day of the appointment make sure you eat a good meal and remain sober before its time for your tattoo. Do not apply any numbing agents, ointments or lotions before your appointment without first consulting your tattoo artist.

  • Contact your tattoo artist directly to discuss the possibility of numbing creams.

  • No, your tattoo artist will not design your tattoo before an appointment is scheduled

  • No. We ask that you please refrain from brining friends or family with you to your appointment date. Space is limited and they are required to remain in the waiting room while you are getting tattooed.
